Mr. Efimenko is a 4th-year student of the Higher School of Fundamental Physical Research at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Since the beginning of 2022, he has been working in the laboratory of power semiconductor devices as a laboratory assistant in the group of Dr. Yu.A. Zharova. He is dealing with the synthesis of new composite nanostructures based on monocrystalline Silicon and noble metals, and with the study of their physical properties.
