The laboratory needs students specializing in semiconductor devices and related fields, who would come for practica work with a perspective of admission to the graduate school (aspirantura) and further enrollment into staff of the laboratory. If you wish to get practica in some field represented in the laboratory please do not hesitate to contact us, in many cases an acceptable variant can be found.
