Mr. Silin was born on August 19, 1946.
After finishing secondary school, in 1964-1967, he was working in the LOMO (Leningrad Optical Mechanical Association) enterprise.
From 1967 up to now Mr. Silin is an optometrist at the Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute.
